How Can I Get Reimbursed For Materials?

After completing the job, you can easily include the cost of any materials you purchased when invoicing the customer through the Helpful Heroes platform. Simply add the material costs during the invoicing process, and you will be reimbursed 100%. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both you and the customer.
Are Customers Allowed To Leave Me A Tip?

Yes, customers have the option to leave a tip through the platform when making their final payment. 100% of the tips go directly to you! It’s a great way for them to show their appreciation for your hard work.
Who Determines The Price?

The price of the service is mutually agreed upon between you and the customer. After discussing the details of the project, you’ll work together to settle on a fair price before the work begins, ensuring transparency and satisfaction for both parties.
